Shipping
We offer Flat Rate (Priority) Shipping in the US for $5.00 for 4 or more matted pages and the set of 4 matted art sets, to help save you shipping costs. All items are packaged well to protect during shipping and include delivery confirmation for online status checking. 

Second Day Air, Next Day Air, and Express Mail shipping are available at additional cost,
please contact me when you are in a rush for your order.

We ship Monday through Friday. Although orders normally ship next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. If you need your item in a hurry, let me know in the comments box found during checkout. 

The comments box is also a great way to add a note when you are purchasing a gift item and shipping to another address. We will gladly add a card or note with your message!

Catalog:
Due to the turnover of our items our catalog is our web site, and will not be in print. If there is a particular item you are looking for that we do not have listed, please let us know. We are constantly locating items and appreciate suggestions and opinions.

Mail-in Orders
To order by mail please use our shopping cart as if you were placing a credit card order, you will be given the option to pay by check or money order, and will receive an order to print for your records.

International Shipping Rates

International Express shipping is available at additional cost.

All International shipping costs are based your country and the total shipping weight.

For International shipping, orders are sent by Airmail and Economy and are actual costs based on shipping weight and location, and configured in our shopping cart - prior to processing your payment. If you have a shipping preference please let me know when you place your order.  

We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to Customs with International shipping. For International orders sent by the US Post Office, estimated delivery times are provided below and are only an estimated delivery time. There are times International orders will be delayed once we deliver them to the Post Office, this is beyond our control and normally due to Customs.  We can 'normally' track your International order sent by US Postal mail until it leaves the US, once your package leaves USPostal hands we can no longer track its progress.

International Shipping Method:
Orders weighing up to 4 pounds can ship by Postal First Class International. Orders weighing over 4 pounds ship by Postal Priority. We offer Global Priority at checkout.

Customs & Duty Fees:
Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. They are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. If a customer chooses to refuse shipment due to customs and import duties, we cannot refund the merchandise purchase price or shipping costs. Furthermore, the customer accepts all responsibility for following up with local postal services and customs once USPS makes delivery to the destination country.

Where We Ship: TagNwag ships to most countries around the world. However, due to customs issues, we do not ship to Venezuela, Guatemala, Nigeria, or Zanzibar.

Returns: We want you to enjoy shopping with us and we want every sale to be a positive and pleasant experience. Our customer service is as important to us, as your purchase is to you. We are merely an email away if any questions or problems should arise. If you find you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us for a return authorization. All we ask is that you contact us within 2 days of receipt of the item and the item must be returned within 7 days.

Refunds for non-delivery will only be issued after the USPS 40 day delivery period had been reached. No refunds are issued if USPS delivery confirmation states the order was delivered. In this case, please contact neighbors or co-workers to see if they received the package for you. This is for domestic orders only. 

Returns: The item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition as when shipped to you. For mis-orders or customer error, the price of item is refunded and a 20% restocking fee is assessed. We do not refund the original or return postage fees.

Backorders: We do not accept backorders for items, unless I know the item is coming in.
