We package orders well to ensure they arrive safely to you, and ship by Postal mail. Shipping by First Class or Priority mail is configured in the shopping cart based on your location and the shipping weight of the items. Once your item ships we will send you the tracking information by email. If there is a delay in shipping we will contact you by email.
We do not charge handling fees, the cart is configured to be as exact as possible based on your location and the shipping weight.
We normally ship within 48 hours,
not including weekends and once shipped you will receive shipping information to the email address received in your order.

Refunds for non-delivery will only be issued after the USPS 40 day delivery period had been reached. No refunds are issued if USPS delivery confirmation states the order was delivered. Refunds: The item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition as when shipped to you. Mis-orders or Customer error - price of item refunded and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
