Due to the constant turnover of our items our catalog is our web site, and will not be in print. If there is a particular book or bear that you are looking for that we do not have listed, please let us know. We are constantly locating items and appreciate suggestions and opinions.

(515) 779-6999 for Credit / Debit Cards, and to place an item on hold for mail-in orders	Please use our shopping cart for all mail-in orders. Your items can then be placed on hold, pending the arrival of your payment.

Mail-in Orders
To order by mail please use our shopping cart as if you were placing a credit card order, you will be given the option to pay by check or money order, and will receive an order to print for your records.

Sales Tax
State laws require companies to collect sales tax when shipping merchandise to states where the company has established offices. We collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Iowa. Sales tax does not apply to the shipping cost of items.

Shipping
All domestic orders automatically receive delivery confirmation at no extra cost and all items ship well packaged with beary special care.

We ship Monday through Saturday. Although orders normally ship next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. If you need your item in a hurry, let me know in the comments box found during checkout. 

Buy 1 book or 100 and the cost for shipping to a US address is never higher than $2.95, when shipping by Media Mail. If you are in a rush, we always offer Priority Mail also. 

The comments box is also a great way to add a note when you are purchasing a gift item and shipping to another address. We will gladly add a card or note with your message!

US Shipping Method:
Books can be quite heavy (and costly) to ship, we offer Media Mail for US shipping to help save you shipping costs. Non book items cannot ship by Media Mail.

Second Day Air, Next Day Air, and Express Mail shipping are available at additional cost.

International Shipping Rates

All International shipping costs are based your country and the total shipping weight.

For International shipping, orders are sent by Airmail and Economy and are actual costs based on shipping weight and location, and configured in our shopping cart - prior to processing your payment. If you have a shipping preference please let me know when you place your order.  

We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays with International shipping. For International orders sent by the US Post Office, estimated delivery times are provided below and are just that, an estimated delivery time. There are times International orders will be delayed once we deliver them to the Post Office, this is beyond our control and normally due to Customs.  We can track your International order sent by US Postal mail until it leaves the US, once your package enters your country we can no longer track its progress.

International Shipping Method:
Orders weighing up to 4 pounds can ship by Airmail Letter Post. Orders weighing over 4 pounds ship by Airmail Parcel Post, or Economy Parcel Post with a slower delivery time. We offer Global Priority at check out and all costs are actual costs plus $1.00 for insurance, no handling fees.

Customs & Duty Fees:
Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. They are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. If a customer chooses to refuse shipment due to customs and import duties, we cannot refund the merchandise purchase price. Furthermore, the customer accepts all responsibility for following up with local postal services and customs once USPS makes delivery to the destination country.

Where We Ship: TagNwag ships to most countries around the world. However, due to customs issues, we do not ship to Venezuela, Guatemala, Nigeria, and Zanzibar.

Returns: We want you to enjoy shopping with us and we want every sale to be a positive and pleasant experience. Our customer service is as important to us, as your purchase is to you. We are merely an email away if any questions or problems should arise. If you find you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us for a return authorization. All we ask is that you contact us within 2 days of receipt of the item and the item must be returned within 7 days.

Refunds for non-delivery will only be issued after the USPS 40 day delivery period had been reached. No refunds are issued if USPS delivery confirmation states the order was delivered. In this case, please contact neighbors or co-workers to see if they received the package for you. This is for domestic orders only. 

Refunds: The item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition as when shipped to you. Mis-orders or Customer error - price of book refunded and subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund the original or return postage fees. If the error is a TagNwag error - price of book and postage is refunded.

Your Privacy: We respect your privacy, just as we do our own. All information you send to us is confidential, and is only used for us to assist you in ordering and with an inquiry. For more information regarding our copyright & privacy statement, click here.

Books: Our vintage and used books are listed individually since they are out-of-print and harder to find; their quantity is always "one". When we have more than one vintage title available it will be listed separately or noted that there are more than one available. In the rare case our system does not remove a previously sold "vintage" book, you will be notified promptly and refunded for your total purchase, or you can choose to be given store credit.

Backorders: We do not accept backorders for items, unless I know the item is coming in.
