NEAR MINT CONDITION - The covers are gorgeous, with very square corners. No school stamps, gift inscription first blank page, "Too Bee from "Daddy" March 23, 1938. No names, no writing. Pages are excellent, white and bright, no writing, no scribbling, no page tears, no storage smells, no noticeable page wear. The last blank page has a small and very faint stamp mark and light smudge mark, only marks to this book. Colors are very vivid. A gorgeous Alice and Jerry book!
