VERY GOOD CONDITION - The covers are very nice, bright and clean, with light spine edge and corner bumping, light fray just starting at corner tips and bottom spine edge. School property sticker dated 1940 inside front cover, no school stamps and no names. Pages throughout are bright with very light soil to just a few pages, no page tears found. No writing or scribbling to pages, and no storage smells. Colors are very vivid. A super nice Alice and Jerry book.
