Charlie and His Kitten Topsy
Helen Hill and Violet Maxwell
1952  ~ RARE ~ 21st Printing

The FIRST book in the Charlie stories, this book precedes the 2nd book, Charlie and His Puppy Bingo, also listed.

A gorgeous rare copy of an adorable vintage children's book.

About Charlie, a little boy and his kitten, both are sure there is a better way to exist, and this story leads them gently through being other things. Humor, fairy godmothers to aunts, adventure, and love.

Charlie & Topsy stories were also published in the Work-Play books of the 1930's. Illustrated with very charming and very vintage silhouette artwork, this book is adorable, very rare and in good condition.
