About Charlie, a little boy and his little puppy Bingo.  This little boy and his puppy inspired the stories of Happy the dog in the popular early Dick and Jane books.  Charlie stories were also published in the Work-Play books of the 1930's.

Illustrated with water-color and silhouette artwork this book is adorable, very rare, and in excellent condition.

EXCELLENT, ABOVE VERY GOOD CONDITION - The covers are gorgeous, corners are very square with very light bump to top corner. Binding is excellent and strong. No names or markings. Pages are very nice, with only an occasional small soil spot, they are very bright. No page tears found, no page flaws found. No smells and no missing pages. This is a very charming and nostalgic rare children's book, an excellent book for collecting and reminiscing.
