Arranged in 5 sections, the first being; The Primary Arithmetic Program (pages 7-25), the 2nd section includes detailed information on Number Stories Book One (pages 27-86), the 3rd section includes detailed information on Number Stories Book Two (pages 87-128), the 4th section includes detailed information on Number Stories Book Three (pages 129-208), and the 5th section of this Guidebook  is the Supplementary Material, (pages 209-227) containing information of interest to many teachers on the details of studies relating  to the relative difficulty  of basic facts in addition and subtraction, and explains different methods of subtraction.
