A real treasure for the Dick and Jane collector. With 184 total story pages filled with charming Sally Dick and Jane stories & watercolor 1940's illustrations beautifully illustrated
on each page by well-known artist Eleanor Campbell .
This rare teacher's book does not appear to have been used, there is no writing, no markings, the pages look untouched. The covers are gorgeous, with very square corners and no rubbing. This book has been very well protected all these years. The teacher's guidebook, the first 272 pages show normal age tanning due to the paper used in printing. The pages to all three Pre-Primers are very bright, white and crisp, looking just published. No page flaws, no missing pages, no page tears, and no storage smells. This is an extremely beautiful and very rare copy.
