VERY GOOD CONDITION - The covers are very good with school stamp inside front cover, very light bottom corner creasing, small quarter inch tear to outer edge front cover. Pages are very good, bright and clean. No page tears found, no scribbling, no writing, only a light stray pencil mark to a page or two, and no missing pages. No molds and no storage odors.
