First among these features was that the foundation of the book was the acknowledge masterpieces of American and British authors.   Excellent stories and illustrations. A charming vintage school book.

Condition
VERY GOOD CONDITION - The covers are very good with light fading and light corner bumping, shown in photos. Binding is good and strong. Small book store stamp inside front cover, no names, no school stamps. Mo markings and no writing in this book. The pages are bright and clean, no tears, no writing, no folds and no page yellowing. Illustrations are very bright. No smells or molds. A very charming antique children's collectible book.
